I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in between both the airports and close to the railway station. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff at the reception desk. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a fantastic indoor swimming pool and a fitness studio. the experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I can't find any reason not to recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location, service, and amenities were all excellent.

Very far from shopping center and Pudung international airport.

The room was well laid out.

I was tottaly disappointed!!!! When I booked on line it showed a Brazilian restaurant, and Charlies Bar. Both of which were not open for business. With nothing within close proximaty to this Hotel the options were restricted to the Cafe which had limited choices. I will never stay in this Hotel again!!!!!!!!!!!! If these places are not open customers should be warned about it. Housekeeping two days running did not clean coffee cups and when did after being told, did not leave a spoon. Had to stir coffee with a pen!!! I expect to be compensated for this disatrous experience. I have many years of experience staying in Holiday Inn hotels - none like this.

The staff is helpful and kind with good English skills. Breakfast offers a nice variety of both Chinese and European food. The location is convenient, with nearby food establishments and retail shops. The gym is well-equipped with nice facilities.

The best part I liked that they allowed me for an early check-Inn & the area is very calm & quite thogh some construction is going near by. I have heard that ther is a near by fastest train to Airport but hotel saffs are not that much known to the city, it should be improved.

The price was quoted as 300 rmb per night but when I payed I was charged 45 rmb extra per night as a service charge and 80rmb to connect to the internet per night is a bit steep for a 300rmb room.The location is quite out of the way also but not to bad. Overall though I would stay here again because despite the extra charges it is still very good value for money

The hotel offered great value and comfort during our romantic escape. We loved the extensive and good quality breakfast that provided a great start to our day. The fast internet connection was a big plus for us, as working in our rooms was necessary. The location was also a big advantage, with many great restaurants within a 1-3 minute walk.

The pool was out of action during our stay, despite the note in the room stating that it should have been working. We also found that the finishing of the property already looked a bit shabby, with loose bits of trim, a window that was all but seized up, and cold and hot water pipes connected the wrong way round on the bathroom sink.

Helpful staff who all spoke English and a brilliant pool and Gym very nice rooms

Food was very ordinary Buffet was unadventurous and expensive for what was presented ,A La Cart was poor and cocktails at charlies were short of volume

We had a great stay at this hotel which offered a clean room, friendly staff, and impressive facilities. The gym was amazing, equipped with a top-notch indoor pool and modern machines. In addition, we loved the location as it was within walking distance of a wonderful shopping mall boasting plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Furthermore, we found it very easy to reach the airport from this hotel, and the cost was around $17 USD.

The breakfast had a decent selection and the rooms were spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and willing to help with directions. there were several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

The location of the hotel was quite inconvenient as the nearest transportation was at least a 15-minute walk away. the hotel room was not as clean as expected, with visible dust and dirt in certain areas.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, the airport, and public transportation. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, while breakfast offers a decent selection. The staff is polite and helpful.

The internet can be slow at times, which can be frustrating for business travelers.
